It's 3 p.m. at the office, and Tom checks his watch for the 10th time in the past two minutes. He's running out of time to finish his report and get to his son's soccer game, with a quick stop at the grocery store on the way. "I'll just work on it tonight at home after everyone goes to bed," he tells himself as he packs his briefcase and logs off his computer.
