(NASDAQ:IPIC) today commented on a memorandum of understanding between American Home Products Corporation and the Plaintiffs' Management Committee, consisting of attorneys designated to represent plaintiffs in nationwide diet drug litigation regarding a proposed settlement of Pondimin/Redux product liability litigation.
