BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Colonial Properties Trust (NYSE: CLP) has signed its lead tenant at 1800 International Park in Birmingham. The tenant, Mortgage America, Inc., will occupy 17,000 square feet of the 146,000-square-foot building.
"We are pleased that Mortgage America, Inc., a successful, locally-owned company has made the move to International Park. As our lead tenant, Mortgage America will soon be joined by several other tenants whose leases are out for signature.
