Oct. 6 -- WASHINGTON TWP., Ohio -- Dayton Superior Corp., a producer of metal forms and accessories used in concrete and masonry construction, has purchased an Alabama construction-products business, executives said Tuesday.
Dayton Superior's asset purchase of Southern Construction Products Inc., located in Birmingham, Ala., comes as Dayton Superior expands two of its local operations.
The purchase should complement Dur-O-Wal, Dayton Superior's masonry accessory business, and Dayton Richmond, its concrete accessory businesses, by adding products and expanding distribution in southeastern United States, said ...
