Virtual Silicon Technology, Inc., today announced a comprehensive agreement to supply high-density, high-speed silicon libraries for UMC Group's 0.15-micron process. This agreement enables UMC Group to offer its global customers a complete set of libraries for its 0.15-micron process including standard cells, I/O pads and a broad choice of memory compilers.
