Natunola Health Inc. has produced a non-genetically modified canola oil that is high in oleic acid and low in linolenic acid. The company boasts that the product is stable at room temperature and has a long shelf life.
Natunola Canola Oil may be used in skin creams and lotions, preferably at a level between one percent and 10 percent by weight of the formulation, to prevent the evaporation of moisture from the skin and protect the skin from irritation. It also helps to soften and smooth the skin as other emollients do.
