The Federation of European Direct Marketing (FEDMA) announced on September 29 that it is launching a detailed investigation into the development of postal end-user prices for cross-border mail in the EU. The initiative is a direct response to the European Commission's September 16 decision to approve the new REIMS terminal dues rates-fixing cartel between EU postal operators.
