NEW YORK, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- TD Waterhouse Group, Inc., a leading online financial services firm and the world's second-largest discount broker (NYSE: TWE; Toronto), today announced that it has signed a letter of intent to join the REDIBook(TM) electronic communications network (ECN) consortium. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
