Intel Internet Authentication Services Enlisted to Give WellMed Users an Added

NEW YORK, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- WellMed, Inc. today announced that it is working with the Intel* Internet Authentication Services group to enhance the WellRecord* online personal health record with a new level of access protection for consumers.
A new WellMed Digital Credential will be available on a limited basis in fourth quarter 1999 and to WellRecord users in first quarter 2000. The announcement underscores WellMed's ongoing commitment to providing solid security measures that protect the privacy of users' online health records.
