I have often written of San Pedro Saddlery's excellent line of leather on these pages as well as in our sister publication, GUNS. Several years ago when I first got serious about cowboy shooting, Big Ed Douglas of San Pedro made up a double rig for me consisting of a pair of Slim Jim Crossdraw holsters and matching belt for two 7 1/2" Colt SAAs in .45 Colt. The holsters, like all of San Pedro's lined outfits, feature pigskin on the interior for a smooth finish and easy draw from the leather.
All of San Pedro's leather is based on authentic old time designs or Hollywood's rendition of the same, such as the latest from that excellent movie, Tombstone.
