PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 13, 1999--
Clariti Telecommunications International, Ltd. (OTC:CLRI) ("Clariti") today announced that its business unit, Clariti IP Services has signed an agreement with Orem, Utah based Q Comm International, Inc. (OTC:QCCM) ("Q Comm"), to provide Q Comm's phone card services. Under the terms of the agreement, Clariti IP is providing Q Comm with telecommunications services for customers to place domestic and international calls over Clariti IP's global IP (Internet Protocol) network. Card users will be able to call Clariti IP's customer service via a toll-free number to recharge their cards and add additional phone time.
