Oct. 15 -- Vanguard Airlines has moved its administrative employees to a building near Kansas City International Airport, but questions linger about whether the discount carrier plans to keep its corporate headquarters in the Kansas City area.
Earlier this month, Vanguard moved the remainder of its administrative and office workers from Mission to Kansas City. Vanguard is occupying the city-owned Trans World Technical Academy.
Jim Eckart, the airline's vice president of ground operations, said Vanguard had a short-term lease for nearly half the building, along with TWA.
