Q: I've been eating at Morton's of Chicago restaurant for many years now. Each time I eat there, I get the shrimp Alexander, as an appetizer or a meal. Would it be possible to receive the recipe for it? - A.D., Reading

A: Several other readers have written to us about this dish, so it must be good! We received the recipe from Morton's corporate headquarters. If you are making the "shrimp Alex" for just 1-2 people, you will have leftover bread crumbs and beurre blanc sauce to use in another recipe.
