Can you explain love to someone who's never experienced it?
That's the reaction of some Elvis fans when asked about their devotion to the King of Rock 'n' Roll as they prepare to mark the 20th anniversary of his death on Aug. 16.
Two decades after Presley's passing, members of the True Fans for Elvis Fan Club, a Maine-based group with about 150 members, are determined to celebrate his music and keep his memory alive. At least 40 members of the Maine club leave Friday for Memphis, Tenn., for a week of sightseeing, charity events and tribute concerts, all capped by a candlelight vigil at his grave on the Graceland estate.
