A: Several readers have written to us about this restaurant, which has always been cooperative about sharing its recipes with us. We received the following directions for the stuffed mushrooms.

MARIO'S RESTAURANT STUFFED MUSHROOMS

For the mushroom caps:

12 medium mushrooms, wiped clean

1/2 c. olive oil

1 small onion, chopped
