MARLBORO -- Labor Day is traditionally the heating-up point for statewide political races and yesterday was no different.
Usually, however, the candidates wait until election year.
A full year before the gubernatorial primaries, four potential candidates for governor were out on the hustings yesterday, gauging support and pressing the flesh.
Acting Gov. Paul Cellucci and Attorney General Scott Harshbarger, two definite candidates for the seat, marched in this city's annual Labor Day parade.
In Boston, U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican Raymond L. Flynn told a labor audience he was "seriously considering" getting into the race.
