COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 18, 1999--
InfoVista Corporation, a global leader in business-oriented service level management (SLM) reporting and analysis solutions, today announced it has signed an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Lucent Technologies.
Under the terms of the pact, Lucent will be able to resell specific InfoVista reports, and offer these customized solutions to its customers as part of the company's QIP(R) Internet Protocol (IP) address management software package.
