CALGARY, Oct. 19, /CNW-PRN/ - TC PipeLines, LP today announced net income of US$8.5 million or US$0.48 per unit for the three months ended September 30, 1999. From the commencement of operations on May 28 to September 30, 1999, TC PipeLines, LP has reported net income of US$11.5 million or US$0.64 per unit.
TC PipeLines' 30 percent general partner interest in Northern Border Pipeline Company (Northern Border), which was acquired on May 28, 1999, generated equity income of US$8.7 million for the three months ended September 30, 1999, and US$11.9 million for the period May 28 to September 30, 1999.
