Bradlees, Inc. (NASDAQ:BRAD) - Consumer Reports(R) magazine has cited Bradlees for its prices and selection in cordless phones. In the September, 1999, issue devoted to Home Office products, Bradlees was the only discount retailer noted for its value and range of choices for phone shoppers. In the Consumer Reports(R) "Ratings and Recommendations for Cordless Phones", the article said, "Among regional stores, Bradlees, in the Eastern U.S., promoted the lowest prices and offered the widest selection."
