Oct. 18 -- 1. ARLINGTON -- Two investment partnerships led by Gary Walker of SCM Real Estate are buying a 60,000-square-foot retail/showroom building at 2251 E. Division St. from Division Street Partners, made up of members of the Miller family, founders of BT Miller and Business Interiors.
American Discount Furnishers, a subsidiary of Business Interiors, already occupied 30,000 square feet of the building and has leased the same space from the dual partnership.
SCM's Theron Bryant handled the lease with American Discount Furnishers. The balance of the property is being marketed.
