SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 1999--
Thomas E. Lutz, Mayor Pro Tem of Santa Ana, was recently sworn in as the newest board member for the Orange County Water District (OCWD).
Lutz replaces Santa Ana Mayor Miguel Pulido, who resigned from OCWD's board to have more time for his duties as Mayor.
Lutz is not new to water issues. He has served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Orange County Sanitation District, and he has long followed water issues in California and Orange County.
