Crusading against homosexuality isn't all it's cracked up to be, say two singers whose song "Not Natural" rocked the gospel music industry two years ago this month.
That's when Angie and Debbie Winans, members of the famous Winans family gospel music dynasty, recorded their reaction to lesbian actress Ellen DeGeneres.
When the sisters saw the actress "come out" on network TV, they wrote a song, "Not Natural," in response.
They don't regret speaking out, say the sisters, who are performing here this weekend, but they never expected the opposition they got, especially from the black church.
