Kirk Jones has arrived in Washington well in advance of next Friday's opening date for "Waking Ned Devine," a whimsical comedy about devious lottery players in a picturesque Irish village called Tully More.
This approaching comedy classic marks Mr. Jones' debut as a feature writer-director. Once it gets into circulation, "Ned Devine" stands an excellent chance of becoming the happiest surprise and most resounding crowd pleaser from Great Britain since "The Full Monty."
