Maura Moynihan has enjoyed her share of publicity.
The only daughter of New York Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan has modeled for Andy Warhol's Interview magazine, made an independent film and sung on her own CD.
Next month, she will step aside willingly for the Dalai Lama and the 6 million people of Tibet.
The Dalai Lama, the exiled spiritual leader of Tibet, will visit the United States Nov. 4 through 13. He will lecture at American and George Washington universities, meet other Nobel laureates at the University of Virginia and then travel to Pittsburgh and New York.
