The son of a Vienna-area couple found slain in the master bedroom of their four-story town house in July took out a personal loan to increase the cash reward being offered to freshen a "dried up" investigation with new leads.
Fairfax County homicide detectives hope the reward, now at $30,000, and flurry of media attention will kick-start their investigation into the deaths of Bobby Ray and Patricia Ann Quisenberry. Their bodies were found in their home in the 9500 block of Lagersfield Circle on July 14, three days after authorities say they were shot.
