It might almost be amusing if it weren't so outrageous. Yet another extremely damaging Clinton memo, long sought by congressional investigators, has just been turned over to the House, The Washington Times' Paul Bedard reported this week. This time, it's a note showing that Bill Clinton was all in favor of then-Deputy Chief of Staff Harold Ickes' idea of sharing the taxpayer-funded, $1.6 million, 300,000-name White House database with the Democratic National Committee. And this one was delivered to the House government reform and oversight committee chaired by Rep. David Macintosh that has been looking into the database more than a year after it was first requested.
