Film star Demi Moore's manner of performing a push-up is curious. Using her arms, she raises the upper part of her body while leaving her pelvis flat on the ground. Either that or she raises her pelvis high in the air while leaving her upper parts low, giving her body an odd triangular shape. Needless to say, neither of these positions conforms to the requirement for a real push-up, and neither is of course acceptable in the military - at least the male military.
