Chateau de Cabriac is one of the premier estates in Corbieres. This appellation in southwestern France has vineyards dating to Roman times, but it only was elevated to appellation of origin status in 1985. Its mostly red wines taste ripe and fruity, making them great choices for summertime drinking.
