How often do you bend down and look under your car? If you're like most people, the only time you get on your hands and knees to peek is when you hear a big, expensive-sounding noise coming from down there.
Back when we all got our vehicles "lubed" every 3,000 miles, leaks didn't have much of a chance. The "grease monkey" who put your car on the hoist and lubed it would quickly point out any leaks and suggest a repair.
