Joshua Fenton has been selling T-shirts, buttons, bracelets and other Vietnam-veteran paraphernalia for about a year.
But after this week, he and others manning stalls at the Vietnam Memorial and on the Mall near the memorial will no longer be allowed to sell T-shirts.
The National Park Service imposed the ban in 1995, but several groups obtained an exemption while challenging the ban in court, arguing that the ban is an unconstitutional infringement of free speech.
The U.S. Court of Appeals agreed with the Park Service in June, and last week the panel denied a request by a lawyer representing seven nonprofit groups for a full review of the ...
