Article: Columnist misrepresents UNITA's lack of compliance with peace process.(Commentary)(Editorials)(Letters)

I was amazed at the blatant misrepresentation of the current situation in Angola in Frank Gaffney's Oct. 29 commentary, "Angola . . . where peace has a chance." Its observations bear little resemblance to the real situation in Angola. Indeed, the author's prediction of violence if the international community continues to press UNITA to uphold its commitments belies the very title.
