Palm Desert Art Inc. OTC BB (PDAP) announced today the signing of a letter of intent to acquire BLAZING EDITIONS. President and CEO of Palm Desert Art, Inc., Hugh Pike and Alan Blazar, CEO of BLAZING EDITIONS, jointly announced plans for expanding the printmaking capabilities of BLAZING EDITIONS, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Palm Desert Art, Inc.
