HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 27, 1999--
Houston-based National Law Library (OTCBB:ELAW), a rapidly growing Internet legal research service, announced today that the American Bar Association's House of Delegates has recently urged governmental agencies to use plain language in writing regulations as a means of promoting the understanding of legal documents. In other words, lawyers are highly encouraged to use more direct and easily understood language in legal documents to ease confusion caused by complicated legal text.
