WESTPORT, Conn., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Around the world, people love how email lets them stay in touch with friends near and far, according to Greenfield Online's first international NetStyles(TM) study. In every region, people log on mainly after work, and especially in Canada, many respondents said they stay "online all evening."
While many uses of the Internet seem to have worldwide appeal, shopping online is less prevalent outside the U.S., the Greenfield Online study found. Nevertheless, at least a third of the respondents in each international region have shopped online in the last 30 days.
