NEW YORK, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- United States Lines(R), a subsidiary of American Classic Voyages Co. (Nasdaq: AMCV), announced today that the vessel it is acquiring from Holland America Line will be named ms Patriot. The line also announced that the ms Patriot will offer 7-night cruises year-round from Honolulu, Hawaii, and that the inaugural voyage is now scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000. The company will accept individual and group reservations for the ms Patriot beginning Monday, Nov. 22, 1999.
