FAIRFAX, Va., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Xybernaut Corporation (Nasdaq: XYBR), the leader in the wearable computer industry, announced today that it had signed an agreement with DynCorp Information and Enterprise Technology ("DynCorp I&ET") under which it received an initial order for its Mobile Assistant(R) IV(TM) wearable computers. This order is valued at $2.8 million and may be adjusted for changes in configurations and requirements. Shipments under this order will begin in the current quarter and are anticipated to be completed before December 31, 2000.
