MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, Minn., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Northwest Airlines (Nasdaq: NWAC) and Air China mark the one-year anniversary of their alliance this week. Northwest and Air China began code-share service between the United States and China in October, 1998 which has expanded to include many other benefits for travel between the two countries. Northwest is the fourth-largest airline in the world while Air China is China's only flag carrier and largest airline.
