Oct. 28 -- The consumer fraud trial against a mechanic ended Wednesday and has been turned over to Associate Judge Patrick Young for a decision.
Young took the matter under advisement.
The Illinois attorney general's office filed the case against Brad Snyder, owner of Tri-County Towing and Auto Repair in Lebanon, on Jan. 16, 1997.
In closing arguments, Steve Szewczyk and Tom Soraghan, who tried the case against Snyder, called his business a fraud mill.
