Oct. 28 -- FORT MILL, S.C. -- After considering Rock Hill's TechPark for its headquarters, Seattle's Muzak Corp. is targeting Lakemont Business Park off Carowinds Boulevard, a move that could bring 230 jobs to the area.
The programmed-music company is negotiating with Crescent Resources for a lot next to Leiner Health Products in Lakemont, said CEO John Boyd.
He did not say how soon the company might be able to sign a contract on the property, although he was in the Charlotte area Tuesday.
