Location has definitely contributed to the brisk sales pace at Viewpoint in Brisbane, Calif., just south of San Francisco on a hillside with views of the bay. But the sales success isn't due just to location; each townhouse plan was designed to appeal to a broad mix of demographic and ethnic groups.
Viewpoint is the second product line to open at The Ridge, a Brookfield Homes community in the foothills of the San Bruno Mountains. Brookfield opened six models in May and had sold 32 of 160 homes by mid-September. Units range from 1413 to 2718 square feet, with houses priced from $230,900 to $365,900.
