The School of the Assassins is losing its scholarship fund. On August 2 the House of Representatives voted to cut $1.2 million from the School of the Americas, the Fort Benning-based military training camp that, according to the US Intelligence Oversight Board, relied until recently on manuals condoning summary execution, coercion and false imprisonment.
