BERKELEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1999--
Supporting its aggressive growth strategy in the Pacific Rim, Ion Systems, a leading supplier of electrostatics management solutions, today announced that it has hired Dr. Wei Guan as senior application engineer for its Southeat Asia operations.
Dr. Guan is chartered with promoting Ion's technical expertise in a variety of areas and increasing the level of technical support available to customers. He reports directly to Joshua Lau, Ions' regional manager for Southeast Asia and also works closely with Arnold Steinman, chief technology officer, and James Suffoletta, director of professional services.
