Clay Yeager, executive director of Gov. Tom Ridge's Community Partnership for Safe Children (Children's Partnership), will moderate a panel of state and national juvenile justice leaders at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers, 1 North Second St., Harrisburg.
The forum kicks off the 1999 Pennsylvania Conference on Juvenile Justice, hosted by the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission.
The panel will discuss the role of juvenile courts and the juvenile justice system's future in Pennsylvania and across the nation in responding to juvenile crime, child abuse and neglect.
