/ADVANCE/ LAS VEGAS, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Chevrolet Motor Division and its affiliated race teams have begun preparing for the new millennium with test sessions for the all-new 2000 model year Monte Carlo. The first competitive appearance of the vehicles in NASCAR's prestigious Winston Cup Series will take place at the season-opening Daytona 500 next February.
