The road to the Catholic Suburban League title traveled through North Cambridge for the past six seasons.

Trinity Catholic took a giant jump toward changing that trend last night. The Falcons went on a 7-0 run late in the game and held off North Cambridge Catholic, 92-89, in a boys basketball matchup.

"We finally got the monkey off our backs," said Trinity Catholic coach Kwami Green, who was 0-5 against NCC. "We didn't have a great practice (Tuesday), but the kids were very focused against a great North Cambridge team."
