SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Progress Investment Management today released its list of the "Top 10" issues facing institutional plan sponsors and emerging investment managers for 2000. The list was compiled by Progress in consultation with plan sponsors, state treasurers, pension and endowment trustees, and emerging investment managers at Progress' Sixth Annual Plan Sponsor and Manager Seminar on October 18, 1999 (see attached press release).
