Nov. 1 -- The owner of Rolf Heating & Air Conditioning has agreed to be acquired by Lennox International Inc. in a $294 million stock and debt assumption deal.

Service Experts Inc. shareholders will received 0.67 share of Lennox for each Service Experts share. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of the year.
