PROJECT OVERVIEW:
A Mexican/Brazilian joint venture was recently established in view of building new Caesar Park hotels in Brazil. The partners in the planned undertaking include Mexico-based GRUPO POSADAS, Latin America's leading hotel company, and the local INPAR CONSTRUCOES E EMPREENDIMIENTOS IMOBILIARIOS LTDA a development firm.
Construction plans under consideration call for building more than 1,200 additional hotel rooms over the next 2 years. As things currently stand, the partnership is soon expected to begin building a $40,000,000 convention center near Sao Paulo's Guaruhols International Airport.
