Citing Church Doctrine, St. Vincent Health System says it will discontinue an agreement with a clinic that has provided services - including one considered a sin by the Roman Catholic Church - at St. Vincent Doctor's Hospital.
Arkansas Women's Health Center, supported by about 30 doctors, worked out a lease arrangement with the health system in mid-1998 to continue to provide services, including elective sterilization, at Doctor's after the hospital was bought by St. Vincent.
