WEST CALDWELL, N.J., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Vestcom International, Inc. (Nasdaq: VESC), a leading provider of business critical document solutions, today reported financial results for the three and nine-month periods ended September 30, 1999.

Revenues for the three months ended September 30, 1999 rose 17 to $31.8 million, compared to $27.1 million in the third quarter of 1998. Including restructuring and other non-recurring charges of $1.9 million, the Company reported an operating loss of $2.9 million for the quarter, compared to operating income of $2.4 million in the same period during the prior year.
